Some inspection services use a narrative style report: these reports are usually cumbersome and can make it hard to find specific items when you are searching for them.
Some inspection services only list what is wrong with the home: this is the most important part of the inspection but it doesn’t tell you much about the rest of the home.
Some inspection services use computer generated forms: these use stock phrases that are copied and pasted into the report and may not reflect the qualities of your unique home.

This logical organization makes makes it easy to refer back to specific areas. There is no home inspection reporting system, that we are aware of, that is as thorough and easy to comprehend as the Matrix Report!
