Each section contains a checklist of all items to be inspected and the condition that the items appear to be in at the time of the inspection. After each category there is a comment line for explanations of items of concern. At the end of the report there is a general notes section where we will reiterate the areas of concern that we have found in a short and concise manner. There is no method, that we are aware of, to better convey the results of our findings than the Matrix Report.
At the end of the inspection our inspectors will go over the report with you page by page, item by item to make sure you understand everything that has been found. The Matrix Report has 16 pages with 76 categories and hundreds of items. The report is packaged in a sturdy 3 ring binder with all pages in triplicate for easy dissemination to your realtor, mortgage company, insurance company or any party that you decide should have a copy.
